Vineyard

Having a small vineyard of our own enables us to have complete control over the growing of our own grapes, but also gives us the luxury of being able to purchase grapes of distinction from select neighboring vineyards.

Grapes

In total we have one hectare of vineyard at our Tenuta Montorsolo property. About one half of the vineyard is twenty years old. In these blocks we grow our Todi DOC Merlot and Sangiovese.

We have recently redeveloped the other half of our vineyard to a small block of Cabernet Sauvignon and a block of Grenache with a few vines of Viognier, which will be heading into our RoSaH rosato. We anticipate harvesting a few grapes from both of these blocks this year.
